I just had to pass along this news – eventhough it has nothing to do with Regency England, my two girls, or this research project.

Emma Smith and Mary Gosling are the two teens in question. Mary was born 2 February 1800 and Emma 27 September 1801. Sisters-of-the-heart, they became sisters-in-law in 1826.
